Shipping policy

At Marigold Press, we want your happy mail to get to you quickly and safely!

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • During busy times (like holidays or markets), processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer free shipping on all U.S. retail orders.

  • Wholesale orders: shipping will be calculated and added to your invoice (if you’re a wholesale customer, please see our Wholesale Policy for details).

Carriers & Delivery

  • We primarily ship via USPS. Delivery times are generally 3–7 business days once your package is on its way.

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please note: USPS tracking sometimes takes a day or two to update.

Lost or Delayed Mail

  • Once an order has been handed off to USPS, delivery times are out of our control. Occasionally, packages may take longer than expected due to weather, holidays, or postal delays.

  • If your package seems stalled, we recommend waiting at least 5 business days beyond the expected delivery date before contacting us.

  • For packages marked as Delivered by USPS but not received, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or building management first. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered.

  • If your package is truly lost in transit, please reach out to us at orders@marigoldpress.co and we’ll work with you on next steps.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping directly through our retail site. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please reach out to us at orders@marigoldpress.co.

Order Issues

  • If your package arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at orders@marigoldpress.co and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order—we’re not able to replace orders shipped to the wrong address.
